What is Reiki?

Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing practices, meditation, and ethical principles to promote overall well-being and self-awareness. Originating from ancient India, it aims to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit, creating a sense of balance and inner peace.

Brittany Folcik is a passionate and dedicated wellness practitioner committed to guiding herself and others on a journey toward inner peace, wholeness, and personal/planetary transformation. Brittany specializes in the gifts of relaxation, mindful movement, and spiritual connection.
What to write about myself…. Self promotion or even the baseline of self expression has been a growth curve for me in this lifetime. I also consider myself to be a very private person toeing the line between being accessible, relatable, and authentic whilst maintaining and often retreating to the sanctuary of what I like to call my introverted hidey-hole. Using the support of SquareSpace and the incredibly helpful tool (or crutch) of generative AI, I find myself wrestling with the easy path of “just getting it done” and the more challenging path of taking pauses, listening to my inner voice, and choosing the real life version of me to express to you, curious reader, who I, Brittany Folcik am. What information matters to you? My professional experience? My journey from point A to point B? Mission, vision, and values statements? Maybe you already know me and you want to understand this mysterious amorphous thing that I do in one-on-one sessions. Perhaps you don’t know me at all and have a thirst for analyzing all possible information before clicking a “Book Now” button (I can relate).
